My Story
I’m excited to tell you about my journey to becoming an EMDR coach. After providing decades of counseling services to couples, families, and individuals, I began to search for faith-friendly coaching resources. I found far fewer than I expected. While managing my growing business, I saw the need for programs beyond the scope of services provided by mental health counseling. I participated in a few leadership coaching programs, which helped confirm that the skills I learned in mental health counseling were the same skills needed to help others grow in specific areas in their lives.
As a Christian, I was looking for a coach who would respect and support my faith while helping me develop more significant competencies as I faced new leadership challenges. When I didn’t find what I was looking for, I realized I wanted to shift some of my time and energy to be this person for other leaders. I am excited to harness my years of counseling experience to help others like you move forward.
Together we can help you discover who you are as a leader. You will learn how to identify and shift any mindsets that might limit you. You will gain clarity and vision for your current and future roles. You will experience resourcing in your key areas of challenge. We will help you identify what is holding you back. We will remove any limiting mindsets and adjust the weight of painful memories to help you move forward freely.

How am I different from other coaches?
I have over two decades of proven success in helping people get through many different kinds of difficulties. Specific things in my life have led me to the point of being ready to help others in this way.
I’ve gone through expert training, experienced my own coaching, ran my own businesses for over 13 years, developed my own team, and learned my own lessons. I’m trained in cutting-edge neurobiological treatments, which, when applied to coaching, produce rapid growth and freedom. In addition, I have experienced the struggles of running a business that honors God and people. It is not easy to make changes alone.
We are here to help you get the resources and support you need to have freedom, clarity, conviction, and certainty
