About

After providing decades of counseling services to couples, families, and individuals, I began to search for faith-friendly coaching resources. I found far fewer resources than I expected. During this time, while managing my growing business, I saw the need for programs beyond the scope of services provided by mental health counseling. The few leadership coaching programs I participated in helped to confirm that everything I learned during my years in mental health counseling encompassed the same skills needed to help others grow in very specific areas in their lives. I recognized that needs in these areas could best be met by a coach, rather than a counselor.

As a Christian, I was looking for a coach who would respect and support my faith while helping me develop greater competencies as I faced new leadership challenges. When I didn’t find what I was looking for, I realized that I wanted to shift some of my time and energy to be this person for other leaders. Now I am excited to harness my years of coaching experiences to help others, like you, move forward.
