About Me
God has gifted me with the ability to meet people in the season they’re in and help them transition through life’s changes.
Early on in my career, I saw this to be true when working with high school seniors transitioning to college and then later when helping college seniors transition into the world of work for the first time.
Plus, as a wife, mom, therapist, coach, and human, I have encountered quite a few transitions in my own life!
I enjoy working with clients to utilize assessment tools to increase self-awareness so they can make informed decisions about their goals or career paths.
I love working with young adults who are exploring their future career paths or with women transitioning back into the career field after a season of focusing on their family.
When we work together, we will outline your goals and remove the roadblocks that prevent you from moving towards the path that God has for you.

- Holistic approach: It is important to evaluate all dimensions of an individual’s physical, emotional, spiritual, and mental health. As a Highlands Ability Battery Certified Consultant, I use the framework of the Highlands Whole Person model in coaching.
- Training and experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor: You will benefit from my specific training as a counselor and my ability to sit with people in hard seasons, provide a warm and encouraging environment conducive to your growth, and engage in intentional listening.
- Mindfulness & Forward-focused: we will gain new insight and apply small steps towards the future. We won’t spend time digging into your past, as counseling may. We’ll be forward-focused on helping you achieve your goals.
