Breakthrough EMDR Coaching
You’re a high achiever with the skills, the experience, and the drive to excel in business and in life. But something’s been holding you back from your next level, and you know it.
Maybe it’s a fixation you can’t shake. A mental roadblock that keeps showing up right when you need to move forward. Or negative self-talk that kicks in the moment you step into a big opportunity.

The problem isn’t your capability. It’s the mental obstacle between you and what you’re meant to accomplish. What you really need is support in identifying and moving beyond that obstacle in your path.
Why Breakthrough EMDR Coaching Works
Most coaches spend numerous sessions and hours brainstorming, talking about what’s blocking you, and guessing at how you can move around it.
When I work with you, I quickly identify the obstacle blocking you, and you’re often moving past it in a minimal number of sessions.
That’s because I bring something most coaches don’t: EMDR.
EMDR is one of the most thoroughly researched therapeutic techniques available, and I’ve adapted it specifically for high-performing professionals.
With EMDR, we can go beneath surface-level strategies and address the root of what’s keeping you from reaching your full potential.
That means that once we’ve dialed in on your specific problem and you’ve learned how to participate in EMDR, then change can sometimes happen in a single session.
We work at the intersection where you need a breakthrough, whether it’s a limiting belief, a distressing memory, or a pattern that shows up every time you’re about to level up.
Who EMDR Breakthrough Coaching Is For
This style of coaching is built for professionals like you who are already successful yet realize you still haven’t reached your full potential, including:
- Business owners and leaders navigating growth, difficult team dynamics, or major transitions
- Executives dealing with high-pressure decisions while managing mental obstacles that slow momentum
- Entrepreneurs whose past experiences or limiting beliefs are getting in the way of building what you envision
- ADHD professionals seeking tailored strategies to lean into your strengths while solving executive function challenges
- Professionals preparing for high-stakes moments who need confidence and clarity
What We Work On Together
When a potential client asks me what they’ll get out of Breakthrough Coaching, the short answer is, “Exactly what you need.”
I don’t give generic advice.
Every coaching engagement is unique and tailored to your specific goals and requests.
Some clients come to me when they’re wrestling with mental obstacles that show up as persistent negative self-talk or limiting beliefs. They might feel like they can’t get to the next level in their career, or they experience performance anxiety and confidence gaps when they need to show up for leadership roles.
Other clients are dealing with imposter syndrome after a promotion or major achievement, knowing they earned it but feeling mentally unprepared.
Still others show up struggling with reactive patterns that surface when things don’t go their way, or they’ve hit financial ceilings they can’t seem to break through.
Many are navigating difficult bosses or complex organizational dynamics, or building a business while battling internal doubt.
For ADHD professionals, we focus on challenges around focus, productivity, and executive function in high-level roles.
Whatever the obstacle, we identify it, address the root, and create a path forward.
How It Works
- The Process Is Tailored to You: This isn’t one-size-fits-all coaching. I adapt to your learning style, your communication preferences, and where you are right now. Whether you come with a clear goal or just know something needs to shift, we’ll map it out together.
- EMDR Is Used Strategically, Not Every Session: Think of EMDR as a precision tool we bring in at the right moments. As we work through your goals, we’ll hit intersections where a deeper shift is needed. That’s when EMDR becomes the key to unlocking forward momentum.
- You Get Answers: Unlike traditional coaching, where the coach only asks powerful questions, I bring my expertise directly to you. After 27 years of working with thousands of individuals and running multiple businesses, I can often see the solution you need. If you’re spinning or uncertain about your next step, I’ll tell you what I see and how to move through it.
- We Build Mental Frameworks You Can Keep: This isn’t just about solving today’s problem. Together, we create new mental frameworks that serve you long after our work together ends.
What to Expect
- Exploratory session: We start with a complimentary 30-minute call where you share what you’re working on and I explain how we can tackle it together.
- Flexible cadence: Most clients meet once or twice a month, depending on the urgency of your goals and our mutual availability.
- Virtual sessions: All sessions are conducted via Zoom, so you can work with me from anywhere.
- Timeline: Clients typically work with me for 3 to 8 months, depending on the complexity of what we’re addressing.
What Makes This Different
No False Platitudes.
I don’t do generic cheerleading or sugar-coating. You’ll get honesty, clarity, and straight talk.
Emotional Precision.
I don’t just listen; I identify the exact spot that needs attention and help you work through them.
Real Business Experience.
I’ve run my own seven-figure business since 2009, managed teams of 20+ employees and independent contractors, and navigated the realities of entrepreneurship and leadership firsthand. I understand organizational dynamics, difficult bosses, financial pressure, and what it takes to build something sustainable.
Depth That Most Coaches Can’t Access.
Because of my background in therapy, I can spot the deeper issues that most coaches miss. And because I’m not your therapist, we can focus on growth and performance without the clinical boundaries that would otherwise limit our work.
This is growth-oriented work.
If you’re dealing with significant mental health challenges like clinical depression or anxiety, you’ll need a therapist.
Coaching is for people who are fundamentally functional but know they’ve not yet reached their full potential.
If you’re already working with a therapist and want coaching in addition, that’s ideal! Many of my clients do both.
